How To: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

With fall in full swing and Thanksgiving on the way, pumpkin flavored everything is popping up all over. I love all things pumpkin, and my mother has the most delicious pumpkin chocolate chip muffin recipe. These muffins are perfect for Thanksgiving breakfast. They’re moist and tasty, not to mention super easy to make.

Ingredients:

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 16 oz can of pumpkin

1 cup vegetable oil

3 cups flour

2 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. salt

2 cups chocolate chips

Step 1: Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and oil in a bowl. Set aside.

Step 2: Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to the pumpkin mixture.

Step 3: Fold in chocolate chips and place in muffin tins. This recipe makes 24-36 muffins.

Step 4: Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
